PROCESS

ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONALS

We have a network of nursing schools recognized by the Mexican Secretariat of Public Education (Secretaría de Educación Pública, SEP) that gives us access to a large number of knowledgeable professionals that can assist elderly patients. Likewise, we have access to various national job boards that allow us to reach out to trained and experienced staff in order to perform the job efficiently.

RESUME REVIEW AND SELECTION

A team of professional recruiters meticulously reviews the resumes of potential candidates. With a focus on identifying the ideal applicants in terms of knowledge and experience, our recruiters employ their expertise to select candidates who align with the specific requirements of the job. This careful selection process enables us to shortlist the most qualified individuals for further evaluation.

COMPREHENSIVE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Following the initial resume review, selected candidates proceed to a comprehensive interview process. The first interview evaluates their knowledge, experience, and technical skills in the field of nursing. Subsequently, we delve into essential topics such as immigration status, criminal records, family configuration, location of family members residing abroad, and economic situation. Candidates who meet all the necessary requirements during this evaluation stage are deemed ready to progress to the next phase of the recruitment process.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS

As part of our thorough evaluation process, candidates are required to complete a series of psychometric tests that are specifically tailored to match the requirements of the desired position. These tests provide valuable insights into the candidate's psychosocial skills and competences, allowing us to compare them with the ideal profile for the position. Based on the results, each candidate receives their own comprehensive file, providing a comprehensive analysis of their suitability.

PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVIEW

To delve deeper into the candidate's abilities, specialized knowledge, personal resources, and mental stability, we conduct in-depth psychological interviews. Our team of psychologists, specifically trained in recruitment, performs a multidimensional evaluation of the candidates. This interview focuses on assessing the candidate's work commitment, mental stability, and stress management skills. By utilizing this comprehensive approach, we ensure a thorough understanding of the candidate's suitability for the position.

CLINICAL INTERVIEW

In the final stage of the psychological evaluation, clinical psychologists conduct detailed clinical interviews. The objective is to gain a comprehensive assessment of the candidate, identifying any potential pathologies or personality tendencies that could pose challenges during their stay in Canada. This critical step enables us to ensure the well-being and adaptability of candidates to the Canadian environment, mitigating any potential difficulties that may arise.

MEDICAL EVALUATION

In order to ensure the well-being and performance of the candidates during their stay in Canada, a comprehensive medical evaluation is conducted. A qualified doctor thoroughly examines each candidate, creating a clinical file that assesses their overall health. This evaluation aims to identify and dismiss any condition that may impede the candidate's job performance or pose health risks while in Canada. This evaluation is divided in two steps.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

During the medical examination, the doctor conducts a thorough assessment of the candidate's health status. This examination helps to determine their physical fitness and identifies any potential health issues that could impact their ability to perform the job responsibilities. By addressing and resolving these concerns, we prioritize the well-being and safety of the candidates throughout their stay in Canada.

LABORATORY STUDIES

To gain further insights into the candidates' health, laboratory studies are conducted. The candidates are required to provide relevant laboratory analyses, which are then interpreted by an internist doctor. This analysis helps to rule out the presence of chronic diseases or serious pathologies that could hinder their work performance or pose risks to their well-being. Additionally, as part of ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, an anti-doping test is conducted to eliminate any concerns regarding addiction or drug dependency. By implementing these rigorous measures, we aim to maintain a workforce that is physically and mentally capable, promoting a productive and secure work environment.

SELECTION PROCESS AND TRANSPORTATION

Upon completion of all necessary tests, a comprehensive file is compiled for each candidate, enabling us to proceed with the selection of the most suitable applicants for the job. Through careful consideration and evaluation, we identify the best candidates who align with the requirements and expectations of our clients.

IMMIGRATION PROCESSES AND CONTRACT INFORMATION

Once the top candidates are selected, we provide them with detailed information regarding the immigration processes they will need to complete in order to commence their contracts. Our team guides and supports the candidates throughout this process, ensuring a smooth transition and legal compliance.

LOGISTICS

Once the candidates have successfully obtained their immigration documents, we meticulously coordinate a logistical process to facilitate their relocation from their communities to Mexico City. Our dedicated team arranges and organizes all aspects of accommodation, food, and transportation, ensuring candidates are well-prepared to their flight to Canada.

TRANSPORTATION TO CANADA

Upon securing their temporary work permit, all workers are organized into groups for transportation to their respective workplaces in Canada. Our experienced staff, well-versed in migration procedures, take charge of coordinating the transportation process. From Mexico City to their arrival in Canada, we ensure a smooth journey for the workers, arranging accommodations in their new residences to provide a comfortable transition into their work environment.
