This enables us to proactively reach out to experienced farmers specialized in the specific type of agricultural work required by our clients.
Once potential candidates with sufficient agricultural experience are identified, our professional recruiters thoroughly analyze their resumes and carefully select the most qualified applicants. This marks the beginning of the interview phase, where candidates are assessed for further evaluation.
During the initial interview, we cover fundamental topics such as immigration status, criminal records, family configuration, location of family members residing abroad, and economic situation. Candidates who successfully meet all the necessary requirements proceed to the next stage, which involves psychological evaluations to ensure their suitability and compatibility for the desired positions.
