COUNSELLING SERVICES

COUNSELLING SESSION

At CADEST CANADA, we understand the profound emotional and psychological impact of being separated from loved ones for extended periods, coupled with the daunting task of adjusting to a foreign country with its distinct culture and language.

To address these formidable challenges, we have diligently assembled a network of highly qualified therapists, all of whom are Mexicans and intimately familiar with the intricacies of the workers’ shared culture. Each therapist holds a minimum of a master’s degree or higher, equipped with the expertise to deliver remote therapy services. They are dedicated to providing invaluable support to workers grappling with emotional and psychological difficulties.

Our empathetic therapists possess a deep understanding of the unique circumstances faced by migrant workers. They are attuned to the cultural nuances and specific challenges encountered during the transition to a new environment. Through their unwavering commitment, our therapists strive to promote the well-being of our workers, fostering resilience and empowering them to navigate the emotional complexities inherent in their work and life abroad.

At CADEST CANADA, we place paramount importance on the mental well-being of our workers. We are unwavering in our dedication to ensuring they receive the necessary support to address their emotional needs. Our network of culturally sensitive therapists stands ready to offer compassionate guidance, facilitating personal growth, fostering a sense of belonging, and nurturing a healthy work-life balance for our valued employees.

That is why we have developed a network of therapists who all have at least a master’s degree or above in order to support workers through distance therapy and have the ability to deliver a psychological report to the employer if required.
